All of our candles are handcrafted in small batches, so slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance may occur — these are part of the handmade nature of our products.We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurat and up-to-datee. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual colours or textures.We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Orders and Payments

 

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£GBP).Prices are subject to change without notice.Payments are accepted via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, [I'm not sure what payment types WIX accepts].By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs once payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.Delivery times vary depending on location and chosen shipping method, but are generally 3–5 business days after dispatch.We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 

We hope you love your candle, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.Custom, made-to-order, or personalised candles are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund or exchange.Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

 

6. Candle Safety and Use

 

Please follow our safety instructions to ensure safe enjoyment of your candle:Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable materials, pets, and children.Never leave a burning candle unattended.Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn.Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.Stop using the candle when approximately 1cm of wax remains.The You Scent is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the intellectual property of The You Scent and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
